Job Summary
As the Area Sales Manager for Stretch Zone's Connecticut market expansion, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing our presence from one studio to eight. This dynamic position combines the responsibilities of a studio Sales Manager with those of an Area Manager, requiring a versatile leader capable of driving sales, managing operations, and scaling our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• ● Team Management: Lead and manage the teams at three Stretch Zone locations,
fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance
to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• ● Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all
locations. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and care,
enhancing the overall customer experience.
• ● Sales and Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales and manage budgets
effectively. Monitor financial performance, including payroll, supply orders, and financial
audits, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• ● Event Coordination: Plan and execute three events per studio per month, working
closely with the marketing team to increase studio visibility and customer engagement.
• ● Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing
schedules, time clocks, payroll, and supply orders. Ensure all locations adhere to
company standards and protocols.
• ● Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the team.
• ● Hiring and Utilization Management: Handle recruitment, hiring, and employee
utilization management. Ensure adequate coverage for vacation periods and other
absences.2
• ● Strategic Planning: Contribute to long and short-range strategic planning initiatives.
Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
● Leadership and Management: Proven experience in a management role, preferably
with a background in sales. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative
and high-performing work environment.
● Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial models, budgets, and financial
management. Experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
● Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer
